My stay at Arbor Inn and Suites was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which was great. However, the room was quite dark, which could be improved. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around Lubbock, but there was a delay in their response to our inquiry. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, with a mini kitchen and a separate living area. They were huge, clean, and super comfortable. The service was top-notch, they quickly replaced the linens and bedding with no extra charge. The location was ideal for exploring Lubbock easily, with nearby attractions and amenities. However, the dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, it was a great value for the price.
